At Carpathia Mind-Body Wellness, we have intelligently assembled a variety of classes & teachers to jumpstart you on your path from wherever you might be. Whether it's learning how to connect to the deep peace within through Meditation, engage in a new & unique way to old situations through Interactive Theatre, or lovingly take care of each other's bodies in Vedic-Thai Therapy, Carpathia strives to provide a healing & nourishing environment for whatever your aspiration might be.

We are strong believers that the thoughts that we think & the emotions that we feel all greatly affect our health. In fact, many times it is the lack of awareness of the contents of our minds and the messages of our bodies that lead to disease. In recognition of this, many of our classes here at Carpathia Mind-Body Wellness are centered around strengthening the Mind-Body connection which we believe is a cornerstone of health & well-being.
